I have raised several questions since using the Sevron system and all have been answered in a very simplistic was making it much easier to use the system.

The system is very helpful in terms of functionality and MSDS requests, customer service very helpful and friendly. However there are things that can be improved, see for example coexisting R and S statements (CHIP reg) with CLP pictograms, MSDS's that don't appear as updated for a substance but the latest version is already in the inventory or MSDS already in the system just under CHIP reg.

Nicely organised, but a bit awkward to use. The helpdesk chat feature is great, staff are very helpful and responsive.

The team at Sevron are extremely helpful and are all so lovely! Whether it is an issue with the system or asking for help with an SDS's/Assessment, they are fast to reply and do as much as they can to help you. The system is very easy to use and there are lots of helpful video tutorials in case you get stuck. The basics are there for you to compile assessments however, I like the way you can personalise them in regard to your own company. Special thanks to Beth and Emma who I am in regular contact with, very helpful and friendly :) I would absolutely recommend Sevron to anyone!

Sevron has been a solid addition to my business, providing a very easy to use portal for RAMS and COSHH; which has saved a lot of time from writing up the documents manually, while also providing peace of mind on compliance. The staff are all very friendly and exceptionally helpful and would recommend their service to anyone considering this type of system.

The system is relatively easy to use and the support is great with the on line chat function. I would have given more stars but i just lost all the info that i had inputted because the system timed out whilst i was on a phone call. Always remember to keep saving!!
