Our relocation move from Bangkok back to Hong Kong went very smoothly thanks to Seven Seas worldwide. The shipment and delivery was timely. Delivery people at both ends were very helpful and sure handed. We had no loss and no breakage. We like the "Move Cube" format a lot becuase it provides flexibiity in what you can move and some added security and safety, since it is only packed once at your door and doesn't need to be repacked or handled thereafter. We were very satisfied and definitely recommend Seven Seas Worldwide to others, especially if you dont mind doing the packing yourself.
Easy and quick service, quotations can be made instantly with zero commitment allowing me to select the best options. Their shipping cartons aren't entirely necessary for the cost ( you can total them up to see if its worth it for you) however they are sturdy and make the process so much easier and faster.
The company is experienced for the process and understands my needs. The empty boxes are delivered promptly with tapes, bubble wrap paper and marker pens. The customer service officers are available to answer questions in different languages. The price for the move is competitive. I will use Seven Seas for future moves.

The entire shipping process was smooth. I have used Seven Seas' services twice, and both times were good experiences. There were email updates to keep me informed about the shipping status, and the delivery staff were also courteous. The prices were reasonable as well.

The service in the UK was good but later had problems - staff very helpful and informative in UK - all documentation was submitted as requested for a smooth overseas delivery. We were told our boxes would arrive an approx date and delivered to the address given. I chose Seven Seas because this service appeared easy for my daughter who was arriving in a foreign country/city on her own. Not so.... she now has to go to Thai customs office, appoint DHL, take passport and again provide information what's in boxes, provide proof of payment, a copy of order confirmation - all this before she starts her new job which is time sensitive with the opening times of the custom office and now without her belongings because this will take at least 3-4 working days! This service is not what we expected and paid for. Please ask what happens to your boxes on arrival and what you are expected to do to get your boxes before using Seven Seas.
