So far a great service, the team was quick at replying to my questions and giving me updates. My driver was lovely and made me feel like my boxes were going to be well taken care of.
Initally we orderd for box which is not received on time.after collecting the box they repack the things as complaing about pack was damaged..even though they are not friendly to send mail , purposeful they kept the things for 2 week to get additional charges, did not inform me about the reasons. Unsatisfactory services overall.
The best shipping company. I would recommend this to everyone! From the get go, receiving the boxes and collection and tracking and the online portal everything was so easy and organised! Everything was on time and the best part was the customer service. I didn’t have to wait on the phone for ages, and I always had my answer in seconds. The drivers were extremely helpful! I just can’t get over how easy this whole process was. I moved from UK to Australia. The estimated time they gave was pretty accurate! Just the best service. I am really impressed!
We shipped .75 cubic metres of personal belongings we packed ourselves. We are very happy with the service we received. Excellent communication from the beginning to the end of shipping transactions. Friendly and helpful staff. Goods easily trackable throughout the journey. Rates were reasonable to city destination from Staffordshire to Brisbane. Goods are yet to be unpacked, but they are all still sealed and the boxes are not damaged. Highly recommend this company.
Such an awesome experience from the day of enquirer to delivery. We used the Air service door to door timings were spot on and the service was so professional. I will be using Seven Seas again whenever I have to ship anything and would highly recommend them.

Using Seven Seas to move our belongings from South Africa to the UK was a breeze. Pros: -Online communication of boxes location was transparent -Easy to use website Cons: -Handling. Dents in my metal furniture packed inside boxes proved they had been repeatedly kicked and explained why so many of my objects were smashed beyond repair. - Sevenseas insisted I was home to receive the collapsed boxes for filling. I took time off work but they were never delivered. I asked for them to be left with a neighbor but was told this was not an option so took a second day off work to receive them. This time they were left outside the door so there was no need for me to be home.
