All cargo arrived in great state, but shipping from Luxembourg left end of April and arrived in Singapore end of September. Took 5 months to arrive - already forgot what is inside. The route was very weird, it went from Lux to Melbourne!!! then Hong Kong!!!! - all the way around , not shortest route - hence super delayed. No clue why they first send it on the trip around the world instead of direct to Singapore....

Dealing was Sevenseasworldwide was an absolute pleasure. Their communication was clear and concise, and they always did what they said they would. Sending our cube from Cape Town to Vancouver went without a hitch. Their customer service staff were always knowledgable. I highly recommend them.

We have different option as moving company and Seven Seas apparat to be the most efficient in their customers service (especially with the quotation, reply to our answer, follow up…). We receive the box to pack almost the next day we agree to use their service. The day of the moving, the driver arrive on time was friendly and move all the boxes (even we wanted to help). After that, our contact still follow up with us and keep us up to date for the process.

James called a couple of days before us going to the depot, giving clear instructions on what to expect, as well as patiently answering questions, which eased any apprehensions. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted, given clear instructions of procedures and company policies. James checked our progress throughout the time and availed himself for some of the very heavy lifting - he is super strong! He was so thoughtful and hospitable, bringing us ice-cold water several times. His reassurances, calm and friendly demeanor made the process seamless and a lot pleasanter than we had anticipated. We wouldn't consider another big move abroad unless we had someone with James' qualities, expertise and pleasant character.

So far the process ( delivery of boxes and pick up ) has been very smooth. Boxes ( along with bubble wrap, tapes and pen) arrived in time and pick up date and time were all good.

Sending our stuff from the UK to Australia- and so far the experience has been quite good! We ordered a small move cube and it’s bigger than we thought / fits a lot! Also ordered a few boxes and to be honest I recommend getting them instead of buying it

Used this company twice now. The latest to ship my boxes to a new country where I am starting a new job. I requested for a receipt of payment as my new job will reimburse the shipping fees. But they said they are unable to generate a receipt just a report of shipment which does not even have proper details. Plus the report has details on both shipments, one which has nothing to do with the new job. Why bother having two job codes when you are just going to put everything in one report anyway??? This is potentially thousands that I would be unable to claim back. They are very quick with asking you for money but extremely disappointing with communication after and providing something as simple as a receipt. We are paying a lot of money. Surely it would not be difficult to generate a simple receipt. And surely companies should actually be issuing a proper receipt for transactions instead of just providing a report.

The whole system and process is largely intuitive and user-friendly and completely reliable. When we had queries, the global customer service team was helpful, patient and efficient. (Sometimes we got through quickly, other times it took about 15 minutes). Location scope visits, welcome pack drop-off, cube loading and cube delivery timings were all adhered to. Changes to contact details were processed seamlessly. The SA drivers and support crews who dropped off the welcome pack, cube and collected the were super-helpful and pleasant. The only negatives were we applied for the HMRC TOR based on eta of the cube which arrived a month early and the Cube couldn't be released before the TOR date. It was a bit of a challenge getting the date moved earlier. The other negative was I was advised the UK Cube delivery included offloading boxes onto the ground, but not into the house (for which we'd need to appoint our own movers). However the UK delivery crew advised us they were not responsible for offloading at all. This needs to be clearly explained to all customers, particularly those not physically able to offload. With that caveat I have no hesitation in recommending Seven Seas Move Cube.
