I don't like giving bad reviews, but Seven Seas has really complicated our lives. Their estimated time of arrival from Australia to Canada was way off, and now we are facing major challenges, having to change plans and losing a lot of money. We have contacted them, but they have not been much help so far. :( Just as a warning.

Seven seas has been great! We got a small shipment from the UK to Australia. The communication from seven seas has been great and I knew when my shipment had left the country using the live tracker - which I found super helpful and accurate when tracking! Seven seas were great at sending our inventory to immigration a head of time to allow for any questions and avoid any delays. Seven seas was super fast at delivering our shipment from Sydney to Perth (just in 4 days!). Nathan delivered our shipment and was so nice and helpful!!!
They get the job done with decent price. Package arrived no damage, no missing. The document required is clearly listed and the customer service is very helpful.
My boxes are still on the way but Seven Seas has been very responsive to my questions. I would suggest the company to add more details on how to provide documents.

I’ve been using 7 seas for over 10 years as I move a lot across the world for work. Seven seas has been great and easy to work with. I like their move cubes is makes budgeting simple and packing process more strait forward. Online support do need some improvement it’s not always easy to find answers but customer service on the phone is always very helpful

Everything with Seven Seas is easy. I've used them twice: first time to ship from China to UK and second time from Germany to UK. Both times I received incredible support to ensure everything went smoothly, and all my belongings arrived safe. On what makes Seven Seas unique in the realm of removal companies: quotes can be obtained quickly on the website without needing to enter unnecessary personal information; whenever I've had a small question about any trivial thing in a moment of panic, I've always been able to get through to someone on the phone; customs fees and pricing were transparent from the beginning; and there's a huge amount of guidance on the website for every aspect of the shipping process.
Easy process, good documentation, responsive customer service, friendly drivers, and everything arrived safely. Slight delays but that's often to be expected when shipping internationally and I was able to track things and was kept in the loop. EASY TO USE INTERFACE
I wouldn't recommend this company. they have thieves that work for them and serval things went missing after 4 years or getting to me stuff. I know where it was at it was save because it was safe with my spouse family. and then they give you 30 day to report claims and I was stuck in a 3rd country for over 60 days

From initial contact for a quote to safe and well planned delivery, Seven Seas were above and beyond in their support and knowledge of international shipping. I shipped a large MoveCube from Canada to the UK and the process was seamless. The drivers on both end were courteous and helpful and the online system for filing inventories and uploading paperwork was easy to use. The customer service centre answered calls/emails quickly and were able to answer any queries promptly. I would fully recommend Seven Seas for anyone shipping internationally - they also had the best price by far!
