Intel Xeon E5-2620v3 is a very nice processor. Fast channel, fast processor, enough memory, good price and performance.
We had a quite negative experience with the first line support personnel, but after escalating the issue a competent and professional responsible contacted us and solved the problems with excuses and a generous offer. They have to develop this field, but hats off for the end! On the other hand every user have to confess, that they are offering excellent value for a more than low price. Warmly advised company.
Only 1 Server with that company since long ago, upgraded sever times the hardware. It just stays there and does its tasks years long, without any problems...
I have servers with serverloft and had to move data to another server, for this I have to do a DNS update and found that their nameservers just did not update the changes I did from their power panel. I raised a ticket, at first they did not even check the problem and just gave me a blah blah mail about DNS changes takes 48 hours to propagate. When I pointed out the problem that their nameservers itself did not update then they acknowledged the problem and said they would need to fix it, its more than a week and there is no resolution. Ticket number is 018589286643. I have been asking for updates since 3 days but they dont reply at all. Beware of such hosting providers!!!!
We're working with ServerLoft from a couple of years. The support we receive is really decent as they are trying to address any issue or question we had so far, and are always cooperative. We never experienced noticeable network issues, and any hardware failures were addressed in a timely manner. Their server management interface covers anything you may need to do, with a small note that it looks a bit outdated, and as such some tasks are a bit slow to perform. Still the general experience is great and I would recommend ServerLoft to anyone that considers using their services.
We ordered many servers in our long-years business relation with Serverloft. Our experience is great, and after announced improvements their service will be perfect, we are sure. But, we would like to emphasize their friendly approach, it is more than pure business relationship, definitely.

First of all The Technical support is amazing and they respond with in SLA. Secondly Serverloft offers highly customizable hardware options according to any business needs. Thirdly the servers have 100% uptime and there are no outages. I'm very satisfied with Serverloft. The servers are hosted in state of the art datacenter. I would definitely recommend Serverloft to others.

15 Years and still counting, S4U and ServerLoft are my service providers and am so glad I made that decision 15 Years ago. They've got the best network with 101% uptime ..I don't even remember when they last had an outage ...(I guess 13 years ago) I do highly recommend them ...
We were running browser game with them in 2012 and finally some hater made small ddos on our server. This is their response: Dear Kacper, Due to a DoS attack on or from your server loft1624 we have no other choice than to disconnect your server. Your server will remain offline until you respond to this notice, thereby enabling us to resolve this violation by other means. We regret that we have had to take this action to fulfill our responsibilities to protect others from this violation. You will receive the evidence shortly via the support ticket system. Please respond to this ticket and assist us in finding another way to resolve this violation so we can continue to serve you as our customer. According to our policy abuse issues are legal reasons for the disconnection of service. Please note that only replies containing the full correspondence on this matter will be acknowledged and processed. This is our final communication on this matter until and unless we receive your response. (Do not reply directly to this e-mail. This e-mail address is intended only for mailing, not for the receipt of e-mails.) Kind Regards serverloft Abuse Department the user seeing their response quickly made more DDOS attacks on our other server which was also turned off. They turned off server for 24 hours as penalty for us, after which the user again repeated his ddos and they turned us off for another 24 hours. Basically - if any ddos happens to you, which is very common on internet, they will not help you, moreover, they will help attacker by turning off your server. Tried to speak with customer support, but was ignored. Moved my business as fast as possible from them.
I'm serverloft client since 2008. Over the years spent more than $5,000 USD for their services. Experiencing a different problems - dead PSUs; motherboard replacenet; disk replacement; server replacement. The last 2 years i'm using the VPS with 12GB of memory (44 euros a month - price as iron server OVH, Hetnzner etc.). Tentatively on February 12, somebody from the support team, changed VPS limits so that now makes shmpages 289562 - about 1GB instead of 12GB. Today 18 February and the problem is not solved. Arguments brought them prove incorrect VPS configuration, but they just do not understand OpenVZ (Virtuozzo) documentation. The server does not operate correctly. Tens of thousands of visitors are lost. Lost profits are difficult to quantify. I had to configure the services as if I have 512MB of memory but not 12228Mb. Conclusion: In support staff remains only dilettant's who break anything that worked fine before.
Yesterday Serverloft just switched off our server without any prior notice or meaningful explanation. After they have switched it off, we've received the email that I'm quoting at the end of this post. The problem is, there is no claim against the server, looks like they messed up something. Ok, that may be understandable, the problem is that the server is still down, and they act ignorant and simply do not reply to any of our mail. Operators on the phone are hopeless, many not speaking English the others acting ignorant and repeating that the ticket is in the process, and there is nothing they can do about it. Well, I guess they can switch it on again? -------------------------------------------------- Dear Jernej, unfortunately we had to block your server as it is part of a streaming platform (p2pcast.tv) and streamed several football matches from the german "Bundesliga". The league and its marketing is licensed by the DFL (Deutsche Fussball Liga). As the DFL is also a customer of us and you clearly violates our terms and conditions, we had no other choice than blocking your server. Please provide us with information how you will avoid such violations in future and keep in mind that further issues will result into a cancellation of your contract. Best regards, Wolfgang Stuermer
This is clearly the worst hosting ever. I mean, sure, they have great servers for great prices. But other than that, everything sucks. The day I wanted to order my server, I tried using PayPal but it kept giving me an error, there was nothing wrong with my paypal account, they even admitted that via Live Chat, I tried again about 8 times in 3 days, it still gave the same error. And I didn't have time so I used credit card payment, however, I wanted to cancel the server after 3 weeks because I wasn't in need of it anymore but I can't find any cancel button, so I figured it would be like other hostings where you wait and ignore the invoice until they delete your account. ([External reference] works like that) However, they kept mailing me about not paying, so I was worried, I emailed back and asked them if they could cancel it for me... They said No because as in the "terms" .... They claim something but I didn't read the terms because I am a busy man, I can't focus on stuff like that. But that's all they said, they didn't tell me how to cancel it or anything, and I've been on their website for the past hour trying to figure out where to cancel it. So I went on LiveChat and explained it all but they just left without saying anything. This is clearly the worst company I've ever used my money on. Serverloft offer great server with great prices. If you have your IT team and want to put a hole web portal or other service in the internet, with low cost. Serverloft will help you offering great hardwre support, great hardware for server and an excelent network to operate.
I'm a customer of theirs for several years and in this time they have given me a very good support and quality of service. I have 3 dedicated servers and after trying several I think Serverloft it's the best solutions.
Extremely gr8 and wide service range available. I started one VPS and then now have 3 Dedicated and 2 VPS. True Value for Money. Keep it up!!!
I think if you don't remember about company, whose services you use, so it works well. I remember about Serverloft only when receive another bill. :)
