Работаю с этим дата-центром уже порядка 6 лет, работал на трех проектах. Это были как мелкие проекты по 1-5 сервера, так и довольно крупные. Что могу сказать, переживал и взлеты и падения. Расскажу по порядку по трем основным составляющим. Одна из важных вещей для меня - "железо", за все время не было такого момента чтобы у этих ребят не нашлись такие конфигурации которые были бы мне нужны, сервер деплоится максимум 10 минут, любой конфигурации, в нашем бизнесе очень важна скорость запуска новых сервисов, так что это огромный плюс. К тому же, просто обожаю их архитектуру, в том числе возможность быстро объединять свои серверы в общую локальную сеть, да к тому же есть еще VPN через который вы сможете быстро попасть в свою локальную сеть по защищенному протоколу. Также, считаю плюсом то, что есть возможность получать блоки дополнительных IPv4 адресов для своих серверов, понимаю что сейчас пришло время уже для v6, но все же для меня это плюс. Что еще сказать по железу и архитектуре, ах да, ребята не боятся реализовывать какие-то фичи если ты их об этом просишь, был момент когда мне было нужно запустить тестовую серверную архитектуру и в момент запуска столкнулся с проблемой реализации - парни из сетевого отдела мне помогли (конечно же это делается через менеджеров). Вот я и подобрался к самому важному пункту - люди (техническая поддержка), давайте положим руку на сердце и честно признаемся что когда дело касается аренды серверов то вопрос компетентности и скорости работы технической поддержки стоит сразу же после выяснения вопроса о железе. С самого начала нашей совместной работы с этим дата-центром порой сталкивался с проблемами общения с технической поддержкой, не знаю от чего это зависит, может быть от человека на другом конце, может от загруженности дата-центра, но иногда приходилось очень долго ждать ответа от сотрудника технической поддержки. Но не смотря на это я всегда оставался с serverloft. В данный момент, я полностью доволен работой serverloft, в том числе и сотрудниками технической поддержки, вижу что люди работают, кстати, могу сказать что у людей из технической поддержки очень хороший технический бекграунд - они точно знают что делают и что нужно делать. И сейчас если не ошибаюсь появились русскоговорящие сотрудники. В заключение хочу уделить несколько слов отделу менеджеров. Шикарные люди :) Дмитрий, привет :) За весь период работы общался с Николаем (Nick) и Дмитрием (Dmitrii) хочу сказать им отдельное спасибо за отзывчивость и готовность всегда идти на помощь, если что-то не получается или где-то возникает проблема, я обращаюсь к менеджеру и могу быть уверен что к моему вопросу отнесутся со всей серьезностью.

I'm an old customer of serverloft, and having many dedicated servers. They are really amazing,their services, their machines and specially their 24/7 customer support is very good. What people required is compnaies like them.Awesome compnay, Doing a great job. If any one keeps a rating competition i damn sure serverloft gonna win it.

Hello.. Last 3 month I am using serverloft company service. Still today I am very much happy with them. When ever I need, I am getting fast support with them. Our experience with serverloft was really good until last week. Before that, everything was quite well. We hired instances, deployed our applications, hardware was good (some problems with intermittent SSD failure). But nothing really problematic. Tickets from support were very poorly answered, however until last week we didn't have major problems. We had a big cluster already on their platform, around 10 physical servers. We needed to add one more because we were running out of space on other servers. And this was very important for us. All machines are connected within a private network, and when another instance was added the LAN interface wasn't working. It doesn't have access to other machines in our environment. So we created a support ticket, specifying that this was an urgent matter . 8 days later we still doesn't have an answer on this. They even can't confirm me if adding another machine will work or not, because they can't tell me after this time if the problem resides on the instance or on the network itself (maybe there is a limit, or not, I don't know). And we are still waiting. Hopefully this get solved and we continue with a good experience on this provider. Pricing and instance performance is way better than anything I had experienced from other providers so far. It's to bad that support isn't at the same level, because I consider that is super important, as hardware and pricing are. Regards, Federico. EDIT: Added one more star because after this ticket they've helped us a lot and always reply very fast to new issues. We are very happy that they've changed their initial approach and started to give a much better support. There are some things that still they have to cover, like for example raising servers that always can connect to the private lan, but this is not a problem because we managed to check with server loft employees if a server is good or not, and they make the proper changes for it to work, so the time that we loose is very little.

We are working 6 years. I have more than 30 servers in this company. I like customer care politic of the company and excellent customer service. You should start cooperation with serverloft too.

I've been with this company for almost 5 years now. Their servers are high quality. They have a very understanding and professional minded peoples working here. Be it with technical support or regarding billing related issue, they've always understood my situation and supported me. I'd highly recommend serverloft to everyone.

Server Loft offers wide range dedicated servers. From small dual core AMD servers to big HP servers with two 6 cores E5 XEON CPU's. You also can configure the server yourself and have fully customized server. I need to point, in this case, the price is bit higher than similar pre-configured server. Every server can be with SATA disk or SSD, so you can choose between blazing speed or lots of storage - tried both and currently have server with 2 TB SSD space and another with 12 TB space. You can also choose between several Linux distributions. I personally use CentOS 7. They also include old Linux versions such CentOS 5 or CentOS 6 if you are stuck with it for some reason. Ms Windows is also supported. Even you choose custom configured server, usually it is available in 2-3 hours. Servers can be in USA or Germany. Both networks are fast and reliable. For most servers, you can get up to 4 IP addresses, but for some servers you can get more. This is something you need to check before order. Technical support is OK. I used it several times and response is promptly.

We've used Serverloft for some time now, and have always been satisfied with the service. Serverloft has HPE servers with excellent specs, a fast network, and prices that are a fraction of other hosts with this kind of hardware. No host is without downtime, but for us, it's been brief and rare. Serverloft and Server4You share data centers, but Serverloft uses better hardware and has a much more resilient network from our experience. But after the constant improvements made to Server4You, I can recommend both. Serverloft excels with its faster hardware and network, and adds support for features like IPMI and a load balancer (that's an add-on, but it's there).

Good sales/pre-sales, good advice on any expansion you need. Very reliable in +7years experience with them.

Долго присматривались к этой компании. Отзывы были не однозначные. Как я понял, всегда найдутся недовольные клиенты, как бы ты хорошо не работал. В начале сотрудничества, я пришел с заказом 1 сервера и долго выносил мозг менеджеру. Насколько помню, тогда я общался с Мартином (Marcin Pawliczek). Потом я стал заказывать больше серверов и однажды спросил. Зачем ты со мной возился, зачем тратил столько времени на меня, ведь я пришел с заказом 1 сервера за 50$. На что он ответил: "Какая разница сколько заказывает клиент и на какую сумму. Нам дорог каждый клиент. Быть может у тебя крупный проект и завтра ты закажешь 10 серверов, а через месяц еще 100.". Стоит заметить, что он оказался прав. Могу с уверенностью сказать, это лучшая компания по отношению к своим клиентам. Они слышат клиента, в наше время это редкость.
