I have received nothing and no news of my purchase
I had to wait 6 days, called them to ask what is happening with my order and was notified the sunglasses are out of stock and my order is cancelled. Truly disappointing! Update your stock availability, I can see now I am not the first customer facing same issues. Wouldn’t consider buying anything from this retailer.

Fantastic customer service - there was a small issue with my frame and I was able to discuss it with a real human being in the UK and it was sorted out immediately with no fuss. In addition fantastic pricing. Why would you get glasses anywhere else?

After looking for these particular sunglasses for a month I e-mailed sendoptics to check if they had them in stock which they did so I was able to order them on the Thursday and received them 9:50 am Friday. Glasses also came with a free lens cleaning kit. Would definitely recommend and use again. Couldn't be happier.

The product was cheap but not exactly what I was looking for. I have returned the item but am still trying to get a refund over a week after they received it back. I have called them 3 times and each time been told they would ensure it was done that day. When I first looked at these guys I thought they might be a dodgy outfit. I don't think they are but their organisation and customer service is not good. Hopefully I will get a refund at some point.
