In general the customer service was really good. Three of the four items I bought were as expected, fitted and looked great. Unfortunately the forth item had been mis-made and one of the sides was longer than the rest, I had to cut this to size myself.
We ordered 4 shutters for our bowling club. They work beautifully but the setting up of the powered shutters was hampered by the very poor wiring diagram and descriptive setting instructions. The wiring is simple but the diagrams being monochrome and very badly presented make the job really difficult.

After being told incorrect information by a sales representative, the unit was fitting and a fault code appeared. Trouble shooting found the unit was not compatible with the existing system. I offered a fair 50/50 cost solution and am now being ignored by supplier.
