Job started out as a favour to replace microswitches on Tubular Motor. Discovered that the Locking Straps were also showing signs of damage. Telephoned the company and spoke to a very polite and helpful lady. Sent images of the parts I needed and they managed to sort me out with replacements. A special mention for Laura in the Sales Dept, who kept me informed on progress and also followed up with an email after parts were delivered.
