Bottle arrived with damage to the outer packaging, damage to the bottles box, and damage to the bottle label. As a collector, this is a complete waste of an order for me, and i will have to source another bottle from elsewhere to endure it is in perfect condition. More care needs to be taken in the future from both the packaging team and delivery service. Order #70367 EDIT: I was contacted by a friendly staff member to offer a replacement with free returns on the damaged bottle. Can’t fault them anymore, top gesture and over the moon they got in touch.
