Ordered some wine that I can’t buy in any local stores and it got damaged and destroyed in transit by dpd, after checking dpd tracking it said I needed to contact secret bottle shop. After making them aware they re sent my order straight away and i received it the following morning less than 20 hours later. Great service and resolution
