Gotta give secondbyte props. I ordered a magic mouse but they send a magic touchpad. I made contact via WhatsApp and got an immediate response, emailed a shipping label to return, received the mouse 2 days later. No fuss, no muss. Great customer service and really reasonable prices as well. Use the guys!!

I bought a second hand Apple Thunderbolt display, on arrival it looked great, like new, exactly as described. However I couldn't get it to work with my Macbook. I called and with a little help the problem was analysed to being that the adapter I was using didn't support Thunderbolt 3-2 conversion. I ordered an adapter from them, arrived in less than 24 hours and all is working well.

Happy with the 2020 MacBook Air I bought from them last week. And Jeff’s sorted out issues with a couple of ancient MacBooks that I’m going to give to my family. Cheers Gerry
