Came across Secondbyte purely by chance looking for the latest release from Apple and finding a Waiting period of around 3 weeks. Secondbyte had the top of the range MacBook in Stock, advertised as new with a price tag £300 lower than Apple. Shop was easy to purchase from, prices were great and delivery was more than reasonable. They had an issue with Delivery, but unlike other companies, THEY EMAILED ME FIRST to tell me ... No chasing them, just fast proper quality good service. Item arrived ontime (Quicker than if Apple had it in stock) fully sealed, Perfectly packaged, Brand New and as Described. Order was short of an extra item I had ordered, Simply phoned, they recognised the order straight away (Small enough to Care), No dispute and popped out the part the same day (Big enough to cope). Cannot recommend SecondByte high enough - Great Service, Polite and efficient Customer Service - Truly Outstanding. If only dealing with our other suppliers was this pleasant and simple.

Good communication, prompt delivery, and a product that does the job. In this case connecting a Apple 30” Cinema Display to a 2080ti card. Native 2560 1600 at 60hz running smooth, very pleased. I will be shopping here again in the future.
