Found SD Garage Doors really straight forward to deal with. They were responsive to my request for a quote and quickly came out to visit us. They listened to our needs and made an alternative suggestion which was better than what we originally asked for, and took the time to answer our follow up questions. They were always quick to respond to any enquiries I had and they came and installed everything in one day and explained how everything worked. Everything was smooth and the garage is great! Only slight hiccup I had was our door was delayed for a while but that was due to supplies which was outside of their control.

Our order was placed and expected delivery of 4 weeks, which was fine as we had other things to do before they could be fitted anyway. However, the doors were available sooner than expected, but thankfully we were ready. On the day of installation the guys were 1st class, the only hiccup was on our part in not realising how much space was going to be required behind the doors and to the sides inside to allow it to be fitted; but once items were moved they completed the installation in just a couple of hours. Highly impressed, not just with their work but also attitude, communication and interaction.
