Very pleased with our garage door installation. The guys were friendly, quick and efficient and cleared everything up afterwards. They even had time to throw a stick for our dog, when she wanted to get in on the action. I was kept up to date with the installation during the week before, with email updates. The wrong motor was supplied but they got on with ordering the replacement and fitting it’s soon as possible. Very tidy installation with no mess left behind.
From the initial site survey and subsequent garage door fitment the whole exercise was flawless. All SDG staff were very supportive and professional throughout.
Engineers arrived on schedule in appalling conditions and efficiently replaced door spring . Whilst there was no written warranty I was assured any problems would be resolved within a reasonable time period.

Easy quoting process, including a site survey to check and discuss suitability. The installation date was based on door delivery from the manufacturer and was confirmed when the doors arrived. Both doors were installed in one day with no issues. Job done.
