On returning home one evening after work, I opened the garage only to hear a loud bank and the door hanging at one side. Unfortunately, one of the springs snapped. The sticker on the door related to the manufacturer Birtley. I put this into Google and there they were, my springs! Purchasing on line could not have been easier and within a day or so, the package arrived. 15 minutes later, I had fitted the springs, job done and a wee cuppa tea very well earned! I had a problem with a broken garage door and Stephen came out quickly and sorted it for a very reasonable cost. I followed this up a couple of months later by having him fit a new electric door which he did at a far lower price than others I had asked. Did an excellent job - the downside being my wife can now easily get into the garage so I can't hide things there any more. That was last year and the door is great and looks far better than before. It seems difficult to find someone who is good and doesn't charge ridiculous amounts - SDgaragedoors is an excellent company and I would recommend them to anyone.

Replied to my email out of normal office hours and repaired my garage door the next day. Very friendly and helpful, would not hesitate to recommend them.

I e mailed SD garage doors in the evening to ask if they could take a look as the cable had broken on door. They replied quickly offering to come to secure the door that night. That was not required but time was arranged and Stephen arrived at the agreed time and quickly made repair. He was most helpful and efficient. Would not hesitate in recommending them
