There were a couple of minor issues to address after the initial install, but communication with the firm was excellent; very prompt, and I was never left wondering if there was going to be a response to the couple of emails I sent regarding the 'snags'. The response to the snagging requests was positive and prompt. All is now working exactly as it should be, and I am extremely pleased with my new automatic garage door. Everything completed as described and on time. Excellent product and the installation team were great. The installation work was due to commence on return to work after New Year. The team leader visited on New Year's Eve to check the site and make sure that everything was set for the job to commence. I don't often give 5 stars for anything but this is well deserved.

Steve and his lad turned up 1 O'clock Friday afternoon, and by 3 O'clock my new up and over Hormann Garage Door was fitted, first Class Service from start to finish and a great job was made by Steve and his Lad, very clean workers and all old units were taken away for disposal. Excellent technical advice given by Steven providing a full explanation of how the door would be fitted. Technical fitters arrived early on the organised date. They carried out the work to a very high standard creating an excellent finish. They were very polite and gave a fully detailed explanation of how to operate the new door.
