We've had previous bad experiences with other companies but everything has been amazing this time. The machine is great (Xerox C70) but particularly with printing help and advice - James Halfhide has been excellent and gone above and beyond to assist with after sales assistance. Very impressed so far and I've no reason to doubt that it will continue. A refreshing change from the charlatans we've dealt with before.
The service with SDS Ltd. has been very good. The staff are always friendly and helpful when I have spoken with them. If there has been an issue with our printer, they have always been good at troubleshooting and are quick to send out an engineer when needed. They understand the importance of having a machine in good working order for the smooth running of a business. This is vital for our organisation which is a charity that supports many people.
