Scriptum Document Solutions Ltd are a great company to do business with. I bought a Xerox production machine - they were very helpful at installation and subsequently on the maintenance contract - which is operated by their own engineers - for me a BIG PLUS as the toner supplies are really easy to order.
Just awful company .Customer service is very poor and rude.Don't send toner and consumables right time. I tried to give them feedback about their service and they threatened me to give my company negative review on internet and solicitors legal action. Never use this Company
