This is a complete scam. All it did was send a text message to the lost phone, which anyone could do. It doesn't give the location or the lost phone of GPS coordinates. The initial fee is 0.89 cent and after 24 hours they charge €59, which is not clearly stated. The €59 is applied before the 24 hour cancellation period with no refund even if you cancel in time. Customer service is of no assistance and will deny the facts. See other one star reviews highlighting this issue. I notice the usually respond to negative reviews but have no interest in resolving the matter.

SCAM. MAJOR SCAM. They charge you about €1 and then try to change you up to €60. DON'T USE IT!!

Per necessità prvo questo servizio, che mi richiede il pagamento di 1.05 il 19/07/2023 per un servizio che in realtà neanche funziona, visto che localizava il mio cellulare a Latina, ma era a Bari. In tutto questo, il giorno dopoo 20/07/2023 mi addebitano un pagamento, senza essere mai stati autorizzati di 58.76 €. A coclusione di tutto questo, non riesco ad entrare nel sito, perche la mail di recupero pw ancora non arriva. BAnca già avvisata e nella peggiore delle ipotesi mi consigliano denunica con sost carta. FATE ATTENZIONE !!!!

this web site is exactly scammer!!! They used to my bank card and they don't refund my money!! I send more then 10 e-mail but they said can not refund money back!!! Not legally this web site. They wrote comment here also this is fake. They shows looking prf.. legacy website and says send e-mail. Scannero offer a low price € 1.02 as a trial to TRY? and locate a missing mobile. After the brief 24 hours trial period is up , if you dont cancel what they call the AUTO PROLONGATION????, whatever that means, they will charge your credit card € 59 approx inc VAT. The trial I had with them was unsuccessful as they did not locate the phone, and I did not use it after the initial 24 hours. When I contacted the company for my refund of € 59, which by the way they will take from your account EVERY MONTH, their reply was unbelievable. In their Terms and Condition page under REFUNDS AND RETURNS I was 100% entitled to my refund but they refused me without any explanation. DO NOT TRUST THIS RIP OFF COMPANY.

They stole my money - do not give them your account details. This is a scam company! Update after their reply: I already contacted you and you offered me 20% refund after ignoring me for months. Not good enough! I want a whole refund. I shared proof with you that I cancelled the subscription within about 10 minutes of signing up and realising it was not a helpful app. If you were really sorry you would refund me!

I have tried the trial , I sent a text message to my own phone, the app said "text sent" . never arrived.

Very fraudulent website.Do not give them your card details at all .tgey are 100% scammers .they scammed me without using there services.Charge $75 to my card instantly.when I asked for refund stopped replying to my emails.
