Trial for one day was advertised as $1.34 and did not specify that the phone would need to respond to a text. I was billed for additional services without my consent so paid over $55. Then couldn’t even use the service because the phone I was by looking for was lost which meant no text would be answered. This practice is deceptive.

It sends a message to the person you're looking for requesting them to activate a location link. That's not very practical, I mean, I send a message myself using ANY other platform without paying. If the person you're trying to reach out doesn't answer to you, won't do it through an unknown company's message neither

Overall, a useful app, especially for some employers who need to know where their employees are. Or in case of a lost phone, it's easy to find.

Malo, pésimo, estafadores… compre el servicio por desesperación de acoso de número desconocido, sin embargo el servicio nunca se realizó, me hicieron descuento de un dinero de mi tarjeta días posteriores cuando ni siquiera existió el servicio, solicité reembolso y en dos ocasiones me has echo esperar 10 días hábiles, ya no creo en su reembolso es una empresa estafadora y sin vergüenza, ojo con la compra del servicio que es mentira, nunca llega lo que ofrecen.

Al igual que el comentario anterior, también me han pasado al cobro una cantidad que no he aceptado, por una suscripción que no he realizado. Si quieren ser honestos pongan bien claro cuando se crea la cuenta que es solo para 24 horas, y que sino se cancela la cuenta se pagará una suscripción mensual. Es verdad que lo ponen; pero lo hacen en inglés. En las condiciones del contrato de un montón de páginas y tampoco aclaran la cantidad que cuenta. No es una estafa, pero como poco me parece un fraude, pues se trata de ocultar al usuario la verdad de la página. Creo sinceramente, que lo hacen así porque quieren beneficiarse de la situación de que la mayoría de los usuarios no leen las condiciones del contrato. Anteriormente a esta página, había entrado en otra que hace algo similar, y esos sin son honestos, te cobran lo que dicen que vale el servicio. En una palabra espero que "SCANNERO.IO", me resuelva el problema, si no lo hace, ya estoy en contacto con una asociación de consumidores.

False advertising, did not perform as advertised. Did not refund when requested and underperformed. Does NOT do what they say UPDATE: their response is a JOKE! Didn't receive a location because you did NOT provide a location and after purchase mention having to send a text to a lost phone....say what?? JOKE! Then say phone has to be owned by the person....well it is owned by me. I did contact support MULTIPLE times for refund and was REJECTED. Your company is a SCAM and a FRAUD SCHEME!!! No location is made or attempted by your company and advertise falsely about location a device.

Accuracy 99.9%, I use it... Convenient and accurate locator, used it for 3 days, and not a single glitch. Thank you very much, developers!

Received calls from unknown numbers, I checked them and saw where they are located. One number called three times, I decided to call back (usually I don't call back), and she said, 'Who is this!?' I replied that you called me, and then she hung up. I decided to check and identify who it was and where they are; they were in a furniture store. In short, the app is excellent!

Das ist ein Betrug. Ich habe es einmal genutzt. 57€ weg. Kein Ergebnis geliefert! 1Monat später wieder 57€ weg!! Für nix. Ich hab kein Auftrag gegeben, noch einer Abbuchung zugestimmt. Voll die Abzocke!!

Thought something strange would happen, but this is a quite good solution for finding a person's location, in a positive sense, of course. For example, if you need a certain person and they can't or simply won't answer, you can use their location to come to them urgently or even help them in case of trouble. Cool feature!

Even surprised myself... I've downloaded and used many different apps and websites, but somehow they weren't very effective. And this one worked right away. Shows accurately. Too bad it doesn't draw the route. But it instantly positions the location up to 10 meters. Recommend)))

I've been using Scannero for a long time, and everything is excellent. If something is off or I'm unsure who is calling, I check the location here and already have an idea.

Beware they are scammer and cheaters. When I lost my phone in a shopping mart i purchased this app for $1..and given the number..app didnt locate the phone...Next day the scanero.io team debitted 1 month subsciption from my credit card account. That was around Rs 5000 indian money. Without offering any service. I have serveral discussion with customer sopport team. Without offering any service, without informing me they set up and e-mandate on my credit card account..Beware of this cheater company...They save credit card info and cheat you.,.

I'm trying to get in touch but it's not working, why have I been waiting for more than a week. My subscription had already expired on May 6, 2023. I am now surprised to see that money has been withdrawn from my credit card every month. I want my money back immediately.
