Yo no contraté este servicio y se me hizo un cargo a mi cuenta bajo este servicio. Envie un aclaración a mi banca pero no procedió ya que mencionaron que yo hice este pago desde mi banca cuando no fue asi. Primero aparece un cargo de $17 y enseguida uno de $350. ESTAFADORES!!!!!!!!!!

Be careful, watch for additional charges Paid $1.37 aud for a trial, then found that I had been charged $54.59 for a subscription that I didn't want Cancelled the subscription immediately and contacted the company via their website to request a refund of the subscription amount. Received an email from the company this morning offering half refund of the $54.59. Got back to them requesting a full refund and awaiting a response, not holding my breath 🤬 EDIT: in response to my emails it appears that the $54.59 charge has now been reversed so I give them credit for that Edit: rating updated to 2 stars to reflect that the full amount of the additional charge was refunded. Can't uprate further because of the fact that they initially told me that they would only refund half of the additional charge If they had refunded the full amount without question I would have given them 3 stars

I cancelled my subscription the same day as my trial period. I was still charged for the month. I was told it was non refundable because I added extra services, that were non refundable. I wasn’t even allowed to use the service for the month I paid. SCAMMERS. I reported them to the BBB.

As ALL previous customers have stated - they are scammers and will charge you for things you do not want. There's no way of getting in contact with the company as well!!!
