‘Couldn’t Be Happier’ From the first initial consultation to recently having my 3rd treatment completed, Grant at Scalperfection has been outstanding. I have had a course of 3 sessions with Grant in ScalPerfection. His service is outstanding. I had a brief and very bad experience with a hair system and decided that I needed something with guaranteed results that looks completely authentic. Grant provides this. After years of thining out on top I decided to look into doing something about it. I discovered SMP so gave them a call. Grant returned my enquiry straight away and gave me all the answers I needed. I had Scalperfection recommended to me by a friend when my hair began thinning, previous to this I hadn't ever heard of SMP treatment I decided to get in contact with Grant and find out more before making a decision he explained the procedure throughly and showed me many of his previous clients. I was impressed with the results others had from this treatment so decided to have it done myself I wasn't dissapointed the results I had have been excellent nobody has even realised that it isn't my natural hair it looks that realistic I initially had 3 sessions and have recently been back to have a check up a year later to see how my head has healed Grant then decided to do a 4th session free of charge to add a little more density. Grant takes great pride in his work and doesn't stop until he is happy with the finished product he is friendly and professional the fact that he's still providing after care a year on from my treatment says it all really I would definitely recommend SMP to anybody on the fence about having it done look no further than Scalperfection!

After going through the menopause a few years ago my hairs never been the same. Its been thinner through my scalp. Since adding some density on the top with scalp pigmentation its made a dramatic difference looking in the mirror. You can't see the skin as much between the hairs anymore. Hi my name is Ray I have had hair transplants and other procedures but they didn't work they left me with scars, i even had laser treatment to make the scars less noticeable but it turned blue what a nightmare. I have been conscious about my thin hair for years now and it really started to knock my confidence, being female I think it really got to me having thin hair. I had a scar on the back of my scalp that bugged me for years, especially with having a short back and sides it stuck out. I had a look into smp as i wanted to camouflage the scar so it was less noticeable and visible to others. When I started thinning out on top it really began to knock my confidence. Im 59 years old and i've had alopecia since the age of 19 years old. The alopecia was caused by an accident at work then i went from having a full head of hair to nothing on my body atall which destroyed my confidence and looking back my mental health!. Throughout my 20's through to my late 40's I wore wigs which to be totally honest ruined my life as the wigs were such a life commitment they stopped me from doing so much in life like swimming, activities, holidays and even dating becausei felt embarrassed that I was wearing a wig. Aswell as all that it didnt even look authentic whatsoever but not being eligible for a transplant I had no other option. Just over a year ago I stumbled across scalp micro pigmentation online which looked too good to be true if I'm going to be totally honest, so after plenty of research over weeks and months i decided to get it done. After speaking to many companies up and down the country I decided to go with Scalperfection. Not only because seeing Grant's (the owner of Scalperfection) portfolio but because he answered straight away and had a conversation with me for around 1 hour or more.. He then kept in regular contact afterwards so I decided to place my deposit and booked in. Leading up to the treatment, during the treatment and even afterwards he still kept in contact. I cant fault the guy or his business whatsoever. My first impression was that I could tell he looks after himself so if he puts half as much care and detail into his clients (sorry lad haha) I could tell if be fine. Now to the treatment. I'm totally speechless and I'm not sure how to put it into words. It took me 6 full sessions with a small touch up afterwards and it looks fantastic. It was so light and subtle for the first three-four sessions but grant kept reassuring me that he had to build up the density and consistency to keep it looking natural and that the whole treatment is a process and every individual is different, safe to say he was right. The crazy thing is no-one questions the treatment atall and I've been totally bald for 40 years. Ofcourse my close friends and family did, but they don't even mention it anymore. He's a perfectionist, maybe too much of a perfectionist but that's not a bad thing considering this is a life long treatment and I'll give it to him he's a skilled man.
