Well, I've yet to order but as I was window shopping and putting items in the cart I noticed several of the items were identical but had different prices. That's what made me suspicious and decided to check the reviews.

They never sent my gift card for my refund until I wrote them and reminded them and it was only 3.90 cent I pay more in shipping to send it back on top of that they could gave me my gift card back that they sent me to use and it’s false advertising for plus size because I order a 2xl and it was a size of a small

I loved my dress it was perfect

My items were shipped to my old address and returned to the sender. I contacted Saledress to see if they could resend my items to my new address and I received them within 2 days! Amazing customer service.

Took three weeks to receive one item and the material was awful and then half my order was canceled sizing completely off most items either didn’t fit or too big and no option for return

My first experience doing a bulk order was so bad I order a 9 piece tights set only got four and 3 ugly dress that I didn't order when I contacted them they tell me they gonna give me store coupons now tell me if you know you not gonna shipped the order you advertise then why take my money and don't want to refund I'm very disappointed..I would never order there boundle deal ever again 🙃

If I can give ZERO star, I would give a ZERO. My order took 15 days to get me a tracking # and that was after I contacted them. It took a little over 1 WHOLE month to say that it got delivered but I got nothing in the mail. I contacted CS and guess what they told me! They told me to check with my neighbors, call Frreakinng USPS and the below: -Verify the shipping address from your orders -Look for a notice of attempted delivery -Look around the delivery location for your package -Check to see if the package was left with a receptionist or neighbor -Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail. Wait 48 hours - in some rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 48 hours before arrival Contact the carrier if there's still no sign of your parcel. Could you please contact USPS for more details about the package? USPS Call: 1-800-275-8777 NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS AGAIN!

To whom it may concern my mom place an order with you guys on December 7 of 2022 at 8:45 AM the total for my items was $51.75 I had three items that I never receive and I am still waiting on due to the fact that I never received them as of today January 18, 2023 I will not place an order or recommend you guys to anyone bad business .

I am very disappointed I let you all know I didn't receive 4 of my item because the was sent to the wrong address I never heard anything back from yall I will never order from you again

The material wasn’t the same the outfit wasn’t the same the color was off it took pictures of wat I ordered and wat I got was a very big disappointment

I was disappointed with the quality of the items I received. It was my first purchase from this company and even after paying for return shipping I'm only given a gift card to purchase MORE items. Given the quality of the first items received, I'm not interested in purchasing more from this company.

Great Experience

The dress fits my daughter perfectly but the delivery was late and not as scheduled

It took over a month to deliver. The dress looks horrible. There’s nothing good to say it’s just a horrible piece of fabric stitched together. I’ll take this loss . I’m not wasting my energy or time trying to return it. Very disappointed

I have order several times from sale dress, the clothes are just as described in the picture, the delivery is fast and 1 time my order was lost in the mail they addressed the issue fast and resolved the problem. I would highly recommend this site to shop
