Excellent supplier, let down by poorly trained customer service operative who does not know the difference between the term “out of stock” and “being made”, and does not properly identify which part of your order is held up as a result. When you politely take them to task you get the “sorry you fell that way” attitude.
We used the 5 mm hook, screed on to decking to secure awning. At present really pleased with them. I have since ordered more for friends. As they were impressed.

A very easy site to navigate and the ability to order in any quantity you require was certainly a bonus. Packaging was good. The only disappointment was knowing, via the post office tracking app, that my parcel had arrived at my local sorting office but they failed to deliver until today. Not the supplier’s fault and does not affect my rating.

The order was dispatched very promptly and delivered within two days however DPD did not deliver to my address but to a local shop without leaving any paperwork at my address.
