Product details as described-316 stainless, though I have not not destruction tested and are not stamped as far as I can see. Web page: easy to navigate,select items and purchase. Delivery service: prompt and effective. Have ysed the vendor before, will continue to do so and Happy to recommend to Friends and Family.

The service I received from Mark was very good. The only thing that spoilt it was the delivery. DHL were appalling, thankfully Mark saved the day by resending the order via Royal Mail.

Rang up about a glass clamp problem and sorted straight away. In post the same day. Thank you.

I bought just two small items, both the same and they arrived the next day, which was great. Unfortunately the two items that arrived were not the same, one was incorrect however I notified S3i and they immediately sent out a replacement item plus an SAE to return the incorrect item. Very happy with the process.

Have hard to find items like in my case an imperial 1/4 inch turn buckle.

Good firm to deal with - helpful advice from a real person when I rang up, and their website is detailed and informative. they were able, too, to arrange delivery to suit our timetable.

S3i have a great website and great products. I ordered around £300 of wires and fixings for my walls so a variety of plants could grow up them. The kits were very helpful as you don't need to calculate all the various bits and pieces. In the end, I modified the layout and then needed a few more fixings. I ordered them late on Friday and they arrived early today (Monday) via DHL. Great service. The products look to be really good quality. And a word of advice - if you are buying the stainless steel rope, definitely buy the wire cutters. What a difference compared to using ordinary pliers or cutters.

Service and product excellent - we were so pleased with our first glass fixings from S3i, that we have repeated the order. These are just as good, and the delivery was really fast too, which was appreciated.
