There was a problem the ordered dog drying coat, it had a slight gap in the sewn seam. I emailed Ruff and Tumble and it was sorted out straight away. The replacement coat is used most days and keeps my car water free and my dog loves wearing the coat.
Excellent drying blanket for my dogs - gets them dry and warm fast which is important when 1 of them is 10years old and arthritic. They also protect the car. Excellent product all round.

These coats are fabulous quality. I’ve bought one now for all of the dogs in our family. Our spaniel Is a mud and water lover who hates being dried off so popping his towel coat on is simple and effective. Plus he looks gorgeous 🐶🐾
