Arrived on time, extremely well packaged with a real feel of quality. Loved the bags they were in. Tried the mitts which are amazing and made a huge difference with the excess damp all over his body. The drying coat was incredible. He came off the beach very wet, we placed the coat on him and walked for 20 mins. When we took it off he felt warm and lovely and dry. The inner of the towel had all the water absorbed. The areas where the towel hadn't covered remained damp! It clearly works so well. Both products are absolutely first class and I would highly recommend them :-)

Dog LOVES it! I have a Labrador and I wasn't expecting him to like it much, especially as he hates towels. However, he loves his dressing gown coat and has even wanted to wear it when he isn't wet. It dries my dog after a swim in about 2 hours, with his winter coat (something that would take 5+ hours to air dry). Plus, the delivery was super quick. The packaging it arrived it is beautiful, and I know we are going to get a long-lasting use out of the coat.
