The sales service of Royale is good. Last time, I entered a more than enough amount of tiles for my backyard , they were very patient to listen and make serval changes for me. They also arranged refund and provided all necessary information so that I was able to check with my bank. This time, I make another purchase for a very small project and the sales consultant demonstrates same patience and diligent.

Had 2 experiences ordering from Royale,and they really helped out on the second order at short notice. Staff are really helpful, and delivery was on time. Products (we got sandstone paving slabs) were perfect, no breakages.
I love these stones and they look so great in our patio. We had no problem with delivery. There were two broken tiles but we just had enough so no problems. Great service.
