Ever heard of DWR? Durable Water Repellent, is a treatment that encourages water to bead up and roll over the surface of the fabric and keeps the fabric stain proof for a short while. Having our customers at heart and being so closely related to water or should we say avoiding it, we launched our first collection of DWR treated Sneakers and Trainers in 2020. So now you can walk in the rain or jump into a puddle of water without being worried about your feet getting wet and our DWR treatment also keeps your white sneakers white for a little bit longer, even at a summer festival. We all know that our planet is creaking, and we need to act now, for a better tomorrow. The wellingtons are comfortable but the clip on the side never works at all. in fact one of them fell off completely. Only had them a few weeks but really cant be bothered to send back
Delivered within 24 hours of ordering (between Christmas and New Year).
Boots never arrived. Phoned DPD who said they were delivered to a porch with a black door. So I explained that we did not have a porch or a black door and our sign could be clearly seen from the main road. I was told the local depot would be asked to collect the parcel and redeliver by 7 pm that evening, but if it was not delivered to contact the supplier with a number they supplied. Had to buy boots elsewhere today.

Utter rubbish wellies. Bought a year or so ago but barely used them at all. The plastic tightening straps were rubbish to begin with that I just put up with never actually working. The first time today I decided to walk the dog and walk up a very low stream and they have a tear in the back to fill the sole up with water and half my foot was wet. These are still practically new so save yourself the hassle and buy hunters or aigle for the same price but have the actual quality!
If you are an avid dog walker who walks for miles a day on muddy grass, I wouldn't bother with these boots. I initially loved them, but after 7 months, my first pair developed a large split down the back (glue issue as it's a clean split). I then got a new pair under warranty and within 6 months the exact same thing happened again. I can't even make a decent pair out of the 4 boots I have as they have both split on the same side (right foot). I then emailed them and asked for a full refund as I had gone with another company as I need wellies daily and dont trust these will last more than 7 months and they told me the warranty only lasts for the year of initial purchase. So yes, if you are an avid walker don't bother with these.

Love the socks, but customer service dreadful, paid £5.50 for next day delivery, this failed, the company were not interested at all, basically the couriers fault not theirs. ,
Impulse buy when I was broad, knowing I was coming home to inclement weather thought they would be useful. Love the colour black cherry, excellent fit given the gusset for my chunkier calves, arrived within two days of ordering,

Bought a pair of these around 11 months ago for dog walking duties. Seemed comfortable and durable but are now leaking - not good enough at £100
Update - I’ve been contacted and Rockfish have been extremely helpful. Thank you. Really disappointed that the sole has fallen off one boot which I purchased just over a year ago. I have tried to email the company but have not received any contact back and there is no telephone number to speak to anyone. Spending over £100 on a boot should give you more than a years wear, which is actually not a year as they are only worn in the wet. Shocking lack of any customer service.
