Excellent delivery service - arrived on time and well packaged. The actual gold colour of the lamp varies quite a lot from the picture, it's a more 'yellow' gold, but not that awful cheap looking gold! It's exactly what I wanted and looks lovely on the end table in my living room.

Great products, a little bit different from the norm. I love the vegetable-inspired serving dishes I bought recently. The “apple bowl” is full of apples on the kitchen table and has been much admired.
I have bought many, many, many items now from Rockett St George and can honestly say I've loved everything. Products are so quirky and always make me smile!! Delivery is always very quick and items always arrive well packaged....it's always a treat to unpack a delivery!!
Really good customer service. I did have an issue with delivery (missing chair), but it was quickly corrected and I was helped to get a replacement quickly. The products are great

I bought earrings for my granddaughter. One of them wouldn’t go in her ear. I rang and spoke to Carter who was very helpful and on my giving him the order number, he quoted details of earrings to me. He said it would be ok for my granddaughter to ring and sort it out. She did this but whoever she spoke to couldn’t find the order despite her quoting the same number. So then I sent her a copy of the order and of the delivery note from DPD. She forwarded these to the company and they said they would get back to her. She is still waiting!! Appalling.

I had to contact customer service to amend delivery instructions and they were so understanding and v helpful. Most places will just give you the number of the delivery service and tell you to sort it out with them, but the man I spoke with took care of everything without hesitation.
i cannot praise the store enough. i ordered a halloween velvet pumpkin. the delivery service claimed it had been delivered when it had not. I called customer services ant Rockett St George, and they sorted it out straight away for me. the pumpkin itself is exquisite! a beautiful rich pink velvet. i will be a returning customer! kind regards j mcclean
They were super quick and effective in resolving a minor scratch my glass table had and offered a quick and easy swap! Communication was impeccable and really love the fact that you can call them too. The table is absolutely stunning and the customer service is absolutely superb! Placed an order for a mirror and it arrived cracked in several places. Sent an email with pictures and received a reply within the hour apologising and offering me a new one without question. Fantastic service.
