Light arrived safe and on time

I’m a huge fan of this company and their quirky products, however on this occasion I felt the quality of the product was not relative to the price as the reflective tiles are poorly placed on the top and bottom, leaving gaps, which means you can see the polystyrene underneath. Hence the 4 not 5 star review.

Really great experience and beautiful products. My friend got her delivery super quick. One thing though - the order confirmation doesn’t come through with the gift message info and often throughout the order process you have to check about ten times if the order is going to the shipping address you want it to because Shop seems to default to your billing. Very annoying!

Always great service from ordering through to delivery. I prefer the larger plates as the colours are more vibrant but these smaller plates are useful and well designed.

Great just what I wanted for the space.

I have not bought from you guys before, and always love everything! I found a Christmas decoration that worked for a friend of mine and as we do £10 gifts this was a great find. The 1st delivery part of the wording was missing, so another was sent. On the 2nd delivery the item was broken, so another was sent. The 3rd delivery all was fine. Ceci looked after me throughout all of my dealings and helped get this sorted to make it as stress-free as possible. Thanks for making this so easy - I know, that had you known there were issues with the items they would not have left you! Thanks for all your help and great service!

Something weird about the website. Order was automatically shipped to my old address even though I'd never ordered from RSG before. This is the only site for which this happened - and I've been doing a lot of online shopping since I moved house! Bought a lamp that is attractive but expensive given the quality. Bought some gold-sprayed sprigs that were half price - and even then was too expensive given the poor quality. Would return but can't be bothered.

I ordered a lamp which arrived very quickly and was beautiful. It was entirely my fault that I thought the lamp was cord free and unfortunately had to return it. This was such an easy process. I will definitely buy from Rockett St George again.

Console table.. I absolutely love my table.. it’s very well made and reasonably easy to construct.. only one complaint, one screw would not line up with the hole .. it’s a very very expensive table and it certainly looks it too!!!
