The product was as expected but the packaging was disappointing. Spending £35 for a chopping board as a gift, I expected it to be boxed. The sticker on the back made it look cheap. I thought there would be a tag to say where it was purchased. It didn’t look worth the money as the presentation let it down.
Good quality mirror. Arrived in one piece with sufficient packaging to keep the mirror safe. Arrived with no delivery issues.
I order some Christmas decorations. They were 5 stars but there were only 4 in the package. I emailed customer service and in less than 48h I received not only one, but 2 replacement stars! So excellent customer service. The stars are beautiful by the way.

Lovely egg tree bauble for my husband but very flimsy… moved it to put on the tree and the top of it broke! In the bin it’s gone such a shame that it was not robust enough, expensive but lovey..,if only it was more study 😞
Customer Service epic. Natasha went above and beyond to ensure my purchased item arrived well before my deadline to gift it to my sister in law for her bday (even during this busy Xmas period!). The item is a Disco Ball Wine Cooler, made to order, is so funky I will probably be buying one for myself soon enough!! Big credit to the creator too - for making such a beautiful item itself but also speeding up the process so that it arrived on time for me, again during this busy xmas month 😍
I haven’t received my package yet, but the ordering process on the website was very smooth. Wish you shipped to the US. The two items I purchased would fly off your shelves. The bird cups look like Harry Styles Swallow tattoos and the script on them as well. MILLIONS of American Harry fans. The “ F Monday” set is very reminiscent of Louis Tomlinson. Can’t wait to get mine!!
