I saw these Quest folding chairs at my local caravan shop and liked them. I then found the same chairs on the internet at Riverside Garden Centre at half the price. They even gave me additional discount that I hadn't expected and free delivery. Brilliant deal & service.
I bought a cover for my Weber BBQ. It arrived promptly and well-packaged. When I discovered a manufacturing flaw in the cover, Riverside's Customer Service was extremely quick in resolving the issue, getting Weber to send a replacement cover within a couple of days. They even sent me a follow-up email to ensure that everything was sorted out to my satisfaction. Well done, Riverside.

Tried the Weber Q 300 on holiday and it was streets ahead of our old BBQ. Particularly, it was hot enough to sear tuna without over cooking all the way through and it cooked spatchcock chicken excellently. So we bought one from Riverside and we' re away. Excellent all round.
first clock we bought was damaged, second clock did not work properly, would not recommend them.

We bought the electric rotisserie attachment for our Weber kettle BBQ - it arrived in just a couple of days from ordering; we set it up, used it and the results (first time, straight out of the box) were excellent. It might look expensive but we couldn't fault the performance. Hopefully, like the other Weber stuff we've bought, the cost will be justified by its reliability and longevity.
