Looks like being a good barbecue. I was disappointed only that the grill is pressed metal enamelled and not cast iron, but I am assured it has a very long life expectancy... Also will be returning the lid warming rack I added to the bundle - there is a fixed warming rack alreday inthe barbecue which will be fine.
I came across Riverside Garden Centre's online store whilst looking for an alternative supplier for a Weber BBQ [I had been let down by a well known DIY store despite having reserved one]. I was very impressed with the website and the helpful video about the Q100 series persuaded me to go for the Q120, with stand, instead of the smaller Q100. I also ordered some accessories as there was a sale on. My order was placed at 9.30pm Thursday evening and at 9.30am Friday morning it was shipped! It arrived the next working day with the accessories and was very well packaged. Looking forward to trying it out. Fantastic service and competitive price on a good product. Ordered late at night and on reviewing the order the next morning I discovered a wrong item order. A quick call to the orderline and after my profuse apology the correct order was dispatched the same day. Excellent service.

I purchased an item thinking that it was compatible for my needs but it was'nt. My mistake. I returned it, no problem and an immediate refund was received plus good advise on the correct item they were willing to order for me at the appropriate time. Great service.
Ordered weber fire pit which arrived this week - haven't had a chance to use yet but, as expected from Weber, solid piece of kit which was easy to assemble - washers and screws etc already grouped as required which was really helpful. Delivery speedy, well organized and within time specified - would use Riverside Garden Centre again.
Cannot praise them enough.Ordered sunday delivered tuesday,as promised,you cannot get a doctors appointment that fast.Seriously, would recommend them to everybody.Had what we wanted in stock ordering was no fuss or hassle.
