This is a great survey site, there is an enormous amount of choice for people of all demographic's, I joined in the past couple of months and I really enjoy it, it is a great way to pass some time, and the best part is that I learn new things and get to reaffirm my own feelings and positions over a range of issues in life. The deliver on their promises with integrity, highly recommended from me.
I successfully cashed out once. When I tried cashing out again, my account was marked as "Verification Required." I contacted support to see what I needed to do. This is what they said: We need to verify the offers you have completed with our advertisers who supply those offers. Once the verification process is succesfully completed your account will be reactivated and you can re-request payment of any balance on your account which will be issued within 24 hours of request. Please note that while this is being carried out, you will not be able to use your account to take part in other surveys or offers, but once succesfully completed, you will be able to continue as normal. Usually this process takes between 30 and 60 days depending on how quickly our advertisers respond to our enquiries. Please contact us again in 30 days and we will hopefully be able to provide an update on whether the acount can be reactivated at that point, or whether you will need to wait the full 60 days to complete the process. This was from January 17, 2020. My account has still not been reactivated. It's not false information. It's a misunderstanding. Per the first paragraph, it sounded like the review was being carried out and my account would be reactivated once done. Sorry. I didn't realize I was required to contact support again...I thought I only had to contact them if I was interested in knowing the status after 30 days. I misread the message. I will contact support and re-rate my experience afterwards.
