I was sceptic like everyone is when it comes to INSTANT PAYPAL PAYOUTS but so long as u have a dollar balance you can withdraw it to paypal. All the surveys are less then 15 mins and pay no less then a dollar?. So why not try it?. Best of luck and stay safe everyone!
