They charged me for a subscription service I didn't ask for. On top of that, when I emailed customer service, they replied with a single incoherent sentence, and then closed the ticket saying that the issue was resolved. Now they won't respond to anything. Good templates, TRASH service. Won't be helping anyone else fix up their resumes with this company again.

If youre going to charge for the resume, be upfront about it. dont wait until someone has spent time building a resume, to then tell them, of by the way, this isnt free.

In many instances resume are limited to one page your application allows adjustment of margins and spacing but gives no indication on how many pages the document is spanning. This makes the user download or print the document multiple times to make adjustments at 50 cents a download.
