As a new resident in Australia Resume helped me with the Resume format. But in my opinion, it would be a great help to help with more details tips instead of just formats. From my experience, I have realized that it is difficult to explain your previous job responsibilities, skills, and experience when you are coming from a different culture and non-English speaking country. In those cases, people like me need more personalized help to express their interest, experience, and eagerness. It would be great to have such help.

The selection of templates was small and not of an acceptable quality. The fact that you cannot download your resume into a word doc is impractical and makes this service lack any real value.
I was grateful to happen upon resumehelp. I found it to be a useful tool, I will definitely subscribe to this site in the future.
You can create for free but anything from that point requires a membership, understandable. However, once your account is created and fees are paid you have to pay to download, pay to print, etc. I appreciate the ideas of what skills to include and how to format but the fees on almost every button click after is a little much.

Your templates do not make people with a lot of experience look good when it turns into 7-8 pages that have a lot of wasted space. I would have subscribed if the templates were better.

While the templates were excellent and the set up was very easy to do , I was very frustrated by the lack of transparency at the outset. The site popped up during a search for "free templates" No mention is made at any time until I had the resume done. You finish all the work, then get a pop up that says you have to pay. Then you either have to pay the fee, or give up our past hours of work.
