Very quick service & excellent computer. Computer looks perfect, works very well, battery life 2.5 hours on average use. Extended 3 year warranty for small extra price seems like a good idea (hope I won’t need it!) So far - 2 weeks in - can’t be faulted.

Purchased a "Grade A" Laptop. The unit arrived on time, was of the correct specification, and is currently working as expected. The only difference between this and a new machine is that this unit has a couple of light scratches on the case, and is out of Warranty with the manufacturer, as expected. So, basically, I'm Happy.

Hard drive didn't work on delivery. New SSD drive delivered. I installed this and then had to sort out BIOS ( a Dell issue). Helped along the way by Daniel at Refreshed by Us. Very happy with new laptop - much faster than old one.

My laptop arrived quickly and was well packaged. It was a grade B one so had some scratches but it's a delight to use and was straightforward to set up and instal. Everything is working as it should so far and I'm very pleased with my purchase. Very good experience with this company. Bought a refurbished DELL laptop from them to run Linux. Machine was really clean and in very good order. Had a little trouble getting Linux to load, so phoned Daniel, who helped me sort it out quickly over the phone. Would highly recommend them.

I bought a refurbished MacBook Pro and it is working great. I had a small problem with operating systems (I need it to be Mojave not Big Sur or the like), but it was no problem with RefreshedByUs. I ordered and was kept informed of the status of the computer right up to the delivery which was as expected. I’m really pleased with how everything was done, I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro which booted up perfectly. Once I had done the usual set up procedures it’s working flawlessly. I actually prefer buying like this as so many new computers have glitches and software installs that are biased to encourage you to spend more or give more control over preferences that you may not want on your device. I’m certainly recommending Refreshed by Us to anyone who is looking for any of the products they sell….
