Product is decent, but the website and CX with the site is terrible. Was able to log on to purchase, but have been unable to log on since, I have validated that i am using the correct password. Even when i try to reset the password, it doesn't send me any email to do so. I have an account which i can't log onto.
Although the laptop didn't quite arrive inn the timescale I paid for, they reduced me the difference very easily. As for the laptop, I am delighted with it and would definitely but from them again.

Researched quite a lot of recycling companies and this one IMHO came out top. The laptop I brought was reasonably priced and fit for my purpose. I have yet to send my old laptops to them for recycling, but it's only a matter of time and an email to arrange collection. Whole process has been so easy. Good communications.
This was a great deal on a machine that I know has been well looked after and refurbished. With the 12 month warranty I am confident I will get support if needed on this. This is the second machine I have purchased from this group.

I had placed an order for next day delivery, which wasn’t properly logged by the system, which can happen. Despite this. I can’t fault communication and courtesy on the phone. There were no quibbles and they refunded my £10 delivery fee and apologised sincerely. It’s clear that they are a company who do value their customers and reputation.
difficult to think of anything these guys can do to improve. respond quickly to emails and when dpd had an issue, they called me to resolve and even upped my RAM for free as an apology, even though was a dpd issue. I dealt with 2 or 3 chaps during my decision making and then purchase and they just seem really nice and helpful. Not that amazing supposedly, but i find not always the case nowadays, so it's appreciated. i feel they value their customers. pricing very good too. if they can just get Alexandra Daddario to return my calls, they will be perfect.
The unit itself was fine, arrived on time, but it wasn’t compatible with wireless devices.. cost so much more to adapt it …
The refurbished laptop I purchased is excellent and In great condition. From placing order to receipt was a smooth price. Delivery on time. This is first time I have bought refurbished. I would certainly do so again in the future and would highly recommend Refreshed By Us

I had purchased a surface 3, but it wasn’t powerful enough for what I needed it to do. RefreshedByUs was really helpful to give me better options of what I would need. I got to send back the surface 3 and received a refund in full. Then I bought from the the Dell latitude 2in1. Im so glad I spent the extra. This laptop is amazing and at such a good price. Sold me a laptop that worked ok for a short while, but then started shutting down mysteriously and behaving oddly. They told me to send it back and it was returned. Apparently it had BIOS issues, whatever that means. Again it worked OK for a while but would still shut down and behave oddly. After advice from RBU to update the BIOS, I tried several times but it constantly failed. Now less than a year later, it won't even boot up for weeks on end and when it does it sporadically crashes. RBU haven't replied to my requests for assistance with this as I guess it's out of warranty by now. Disappointing really.
I selected and purchased a macbook pro. The process was simple and easy to conduct. Delivery was timely. The product itself seems so far to fit thee bill for me.
They sell very good product not knock off not cheap laptop but very good business laptop and give the same warranty and more reliable service than regular company.
