My experience with this company has been very positive and most rewarding. Alli Wolber, my senior branding consultant, is amazing. She has walked me through every step of the publishing process and offered reassurance along the way. I respect most of all her honesty. She has always been available for questions and concerns I may have had.

Communication with me.
They promoted and produced an ad in the NY Times. However, it doesn't provide any information about the books. Also, I was shown an example of a two-page ad; this appears to be a one-page ad. However, it is in the NY Times, and it's the December issue. So, why am I complaining?
I was happy that my books are on display and I'm very happy about that. However, I'm not keen on surprises with spending more money. As I got a call to spend more money on another service that I may or may not need. However I'm in love with this company as they are selling my books in their locations.

Too many pushy phone calls from the agent.
The project I most wanted them to do was to convert a mathematical book from one font to another, including thousands of mathematical symbols. I could not give them access to the AMS LATEX file and the job was extremely difficult without such tex files. At times,when I thought we should abandon this effort, they kept working on it and came through at the end.
The staff is pleasant and professional. Everything we discussed was delivered promptly and with great satisfaction.
