Useful as I couldn't get spelt flour locally. It was well packed, the paper bag still split a bit but as it was encased in plastic and in a cardboard box, it was fine.

The Spelt flour is good, but very very disappointed that it is wrapped in plastic. Why not in paper as it was the last time I ordered. Will strongly consider what I will do next time.

Sean at Rattan Pantry was absolutely brilliant. I ordered the wrong product on Amazon market place. I didn’t realise there was a MATTHEWS crunch light and a Matthews crunch dark. I realised a couple of hours after ordering. They were so quick that the item had already been dispatched. Sean went out if his way to divert the delivery back to themselves and order the product I wanted. The customer service from this site was amazing.
