Alyson is just a lovely lady who is most helpful and will go out of her way to give excellent service. we have shopped at this store for many years now and it is always a pleasure. the products are always of outstanding quality and price. Thanks Paul at marion Radio Rentals for hooking us up with new Galaxy 9 phones, we kept him and another two workers back after closing time they locked up and everything while he set up our rental plans, I felt so bad lol, but even though everyone was probably super keen to go home, they were all super chill and accomadating! Thanks guys our phones are amazing!! And thanks Paul for sending me the reminder card in the mail to get my bonus headphones!! 😁

Only 1 complaint. I bought a beautiful front loader washing machine. I was told i would receive a box of washing powder with the machine. I did not arrive so far. Thanks . Linda Mawby.

It took about over an hour to get the approval. Even though my wife's credit history has changed because she had paid out her store account from Coles account and completely shut it down. Plus she just was doing an upgrade from a camera to a stereo which was about $2 cheaper a month. Alison the sale person was great but was getting annoyed how long it was taking. Brad a sale person at West lakes store should be sacked he's getting high on monster energy drinks he was on his fourth one when we were there, and carrying on about the Chad Wingard trade from Port Power to Hawthorn. He is becoming very Insulting to female customers. Chris the store manager is really starting to get on the nerves of my wife Sandra he just keeps going on about Port Power and because my wife supports Hawthorn AFL team he just harasses her about the Chad Wingard trade. My wife hasn't had life easy and suffers from eczema ,asthma , hay fever , high blood pressure & in a second marriage due to first one was a violent one. He needs to be sacked, on Occasion's we have noticed 6 potential customers walk out because of these two males behaviour. My wife is over Brad & Chris constantly on about Port Power she feels like not entering the shop anymore even though she is a V.I.P member.

The store and the person Chantal I spoke to and who help me with choosing my product was very helpful, friendly. She answered all my questions and helped me I highly recommend her if any one was looking to buy or rent something from the munno para store.

I have rented products with Radio Rentals twice now and both times the experience was easy and uncomplicated. The service is amazing and the team really works with you on everything. It’s a convenient and easy way to get those big purchases quickly at a reasonable price.

Was served by 3 different staff members, they asked the same questions, one sat and had a personal phone call in another language during our purchase, refused to let me see computer screen and wanted my personal MYGOV password. The first one said to a trainee that it was much better for them to convince the client to get rent to buy or upgrade and what we wanted was interest free was not good for them. or in his opinion we were making a big mistake. I have been a client there for 30 years and have bought this way many times, never have I before felt like walking out and telling them to stick it. they were rude and even though I do have my products I think this will be the last time we will shop at radio rentals, They need to be more polite to us after all we are the customers and we deserve better treatment, REALLY DISGUSTED !!!!!!

The guys here are f$$$$&up up they don’t know how to quote theu quote for new phone 300 dollars seriously the phone cost with ear pods is 1400 dollars
