I recently went in to buy a new computer, the price was $1598, I didn’t have the money to buy it outright so put it on Rent to Buy over 5yrs. I didn’t pay full attention at the time of signing the contract as I had been through it before, but when I got home I read through it properly to discover that they where going to charge me $5980 over the 5yrs !!! $5980 for a $1598 computer !!! I immediately called them to question this and told that was correct, as I said I have purchased through them before and NEVER had the interest be that high, that’s a joke. Lucky my mum helped me out by lending me the money to go down the next day and pay the $1598 to pay for it outright, I will NEVER again use Radio Rentals to purchase anything again until they sort out this ridiculous amount of interest they are charging people !!! Absolutely disgusting !!!

Went to West lakes store, was there for couple hours, great service and great deals from Chris the manager and David. I got a lounge and washer including two free months. Upgraded my computer to a brand new performance unit which would save me lots of money for next few years. Thanks guys. I would recommend to everyone because I would go back there myself for sure.
