They surveyed my roof incorrectly so they couldn’t put up as many panels as they had initially said. I'll now have to pay someone else to come and finish the job. The fitters couldn't have cared less about it though, they were still getting paid. The debris left after the job was a joke too. Nails left in my driveway and hidden in flower pots in the garden. There was rubbish in the attic and flung onto the flat roof. A window in the attic was left slightly open that went unnoticed for months which allowed damp and moisture in, while allowing warm air out. Their costumer service post work was a joke (they were very quick to get in contact before the job when deposits were due though). Once they had been paid any issues that occurred they just didn't want to know about. All in all not a great experience.

I have solar panels and a battery and it all works brilliantly. I am in regular contact with the technicians from PV Generation about changing settings for maximum benefits. Overall I would highly recommend PV Generation if you are thinking about installing a PV system.

Very good experience starting from the beginning, Josh , who explained to me in details every item with patience and efficiency to the design, to the roofers who did job very efficiently and professionally . Also the help desk was amazing in their response to my inquiries, sorry forgot their names. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for solar fitting. Best of luck for the staff. I was a little apprehensive to commit to solar panels. I chose PV Generation Limited because of their representative Jacob delivered the most professional, knowledgeable and easily understood presentation, togther with demonstrating on his own app how his own home was monitored and this made it all so real an understable for us. The actual installation ran exactly as scheduled. The operators left everywhere spotlessly clean, brought away all rubbish and downloaded and demonstrated the app for us before they left. Faye and the after-sales team are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble, even after a full year, we had our electricity changed and lost the app and connectivity. The help desk employees talked us through the process of reinstalling so well. I have recommended PV Generation to several of my friends who are equally happy with this company. PV Generation were very easy to deal with all through the process of our solar installation. The advice and technical information they give is very comprehensive and actually getting the panels up and peripheral equipment in place caused minimal disruption. Their after sales service and maintenance of the system is also extremely satisfactory. I'm very glad we chose them and don't hesitate in recommending them

From day one Rob was most helpful explaining everything to me very efficient and prompt. Day of installation. Very nice chaps very clean very efficient. I can only highly recommend them an absolute fabulous job and very pleased with my 12 panels.

The details shared with the quote was sufficient for me to analyse the quality of equipment. The methodical site survey, with adequate explanation of the overall process and potential options for placement of devices was very good. On the day of the installation, as promised, everything worked out very efficiently and from start to finish all was completed within 8 hours. This was a 10KW installation without batteries. Till date I have not faced any issues with the system. Installed in Nov, hence not seen the full potential of the system, but the trend looks very positive. Would recommend PVGEN to anyone looking for a residential installation.

Got 14 panels last May. Can’t recommend PV Gen enough. To have them installed was so efficient and easy. An engineer called and explained the system and how to use the app. Since, we can see through the app how much energy we are using and how much goes back to the grid. The electricity service we use gives credit for the unused units twice a year. At present we seem to be in credit most of the time and haven’t paid a bill in a couple of months.

I had done a good bit of research on solar before making the jump, but I still had a sense of trepidation before I finally committed. I was pleasantly suprised by the whole journey. PV Gen were a big part of this. It was seamless all the way. The salesman Tony was honest and truthful, the Design team were well organized, and the Installation team were dead sound, clean, tidy, knowledgeable and changed something when I asked...no problem. Generated 1,790kWh this Winter for me, and really looking forward to how it performs in Summer. I would absolutely recommend PVGen.

From the first moment we met John, PVGen acted with nothing but complete professionalism. The whole process from start to end was really efficient. They managed the grants and all the paperwork. There was consistency in the level of service no matter who you spoke to. On a bright day we are getting 30% self sufficiency which is brilliant.

We recently had ten panels installed. This was the culmination of various dialogue and discussions over a period of weeks. From start to finish the process was seamless. On the day of installation, the technicians arrived on time, almost to the minute. They explained the process step by step and their work was exceptional.

Brilliant from start to finish. Always on the other side of the phone to help or answer anything. All staff were friendly and helpful. The boys that came to the house were in and did there job and out again. Evan cleaned up after themselves.. What I really liked is there were updates all the time and always a reply from emails or phone call.
