We had some issues with storm damage, a long time after the initial installation, and the response from PV Gen was prompt and efficient with the problem corrected quickly. Good afternoon sales is so important as inevitably, with weather, etc, issues will occur with PV systems over time.

From initial contact to completion of installation was a journey well worth starting. Timeline was adhered to with all aspects of this, installation crew were fast & extremely neat & tidy. After sale service is also excellent.

I initially installed the solar panels over a year ago - and I was so impressed with their performance that I decided to upgrade the system by having a battery add earlier this year - again, with the upgrade I was again very impressed overall. Good and all as the solar panels etc, are preforming, what’s really made the whole process a pleasurable experience was the professional input of both the installers and the administration staff combined. I can without hesitation strongly recommend PV GEN.

I would highly recommend PV Generation. From meeting the sales rep, to having the unit installed and after installation back up no complaints. All paper work for grants and registration as a microgenerator completed by PV Generation.
