Was reccomended Purple Granite by my sister as their pricing was very good and a hell of a lot cheaper then using the kitchen provider! From start to finish my experience has been brilliant, Laura was great in making sure the process went smoothly (also did me a great deal as I added window sills late on) Chris the templater did a great job, Tom and Hugh the fitters were awesome, did a stellar job and were genuinely nice guys. All in all I would recommend Purple Granite to anyone who needs a worktop!

I've given five stars, despite a mixed initial experience. Some office staff (not all) can be a little pushy, too many phone calls, as well as being rather abruptly chased for payment. I don't mind being chased, but there is a way to do these things and one person's approach left much to be desired. However, there's an important flipside - Jim, who templated our kitchen and Arran who subsequently fitted the worktops were both excellent - nice, friendly guys, polite and very professional, thoughtful in their observations and explained everything. Both are a credit to Purple. And its hard to argue with the end result which is pretty amazing - quality of the work, fit and finish - all fantastic. That's why they a get a five star review from me. If you can put up with some potential irritation from one or two office staff - again, not all - then don't go anywhere else. Thanks guys.

It was our kitchen fitter who recommended that we consider using Purple Granite for the supply and fitting of our quartz work surfaces. We paid a visit to their Worcester showroom. Judith was extremely helpful suggesting a variety of options and providing quartz samples to take with us. The price quoted was very competitive given that it included the upstands, a splashback and two window cills. The template work was meticulous and final fitting exemplary. A five star service.

From start to finish the service has been fantastic . Day 1 I called and spoke to Luke, he has fantastic knowledge and customer service . I chose my tops through samples. Price was quoted and I saved £1000 on previous quotes that I had been given. Template completed , 5days fitting complete and wow. My kitchen looks amazing . The guys gave us after care advice too. What a company !! It's a pleasure to have this service as these days this does not happen often. Purple Granite . You have got it 100% right . Thank you all my dream kitchen is more than I ever expected it to be . Just need cooking lessons now ! I am certain they would do this too if they could 🤣. I hope that the staff take advantage of this review and give themselves a huge pat on the back and pride themselves on what they have done .

From beginning to end the customer service was perfect. Samples sent out promptly to help me make the right choice Quartz. The template and fitters were very professional and clean. I am very happy with the quality and price of my new quartz worksurface that compliment my new Howdens kitchen.

Wow what can I say! Incredible service from the moment we visited the Purple Granite showroom. We were shown countless samples and given all the time we needed to make the correct choice. Once our order was placed communication was fantastic and the process was structured and easy to follow. The finished product was so much better than anticipated, thank you so much!

We were recommended Purple granite by someone we know, who had used them theirselves. So after getting a few quotes from Wren kitchens, Gemini worktops and a couple of local suppliers, it was a no brainer to put a deposit down with Purple Granite, they beat all our quotes and included every request in design we wanted, Laura was super friendly and helpful in my consultation appointment at their kiddiminster factory showroom. Having fallen in love with a style of quartz elsewhere that was out of our price range, Laura recommended a design that was unique to Purple Granite and it was very similar if not better! We had to re-arrange templating and fitting due to our own delays with renovation but the communication from Purple Granite was straight forward and efficient. The fitting team were very knowledgeable and super helpful with a slight issue we had during fitting, they resolved it on visit to such relief. I have a high attention to detail 🫣 and their skills and finishes were to a high standard. We are very happy with the service and worktops, and can’t wait to start using our beautiful kitchen!!! We will be recommending Purple Granite to everyone! 🤗

Purple have been amazing. I wasn’t sure about placing my order and paying the £250 deposit as I hadn’t had any other quotes, but Luke assured me that, if I found a better deal, they would match it or refund my deposit! It was a no brainer and, despite my husband’s best efforts, no other company came close to Purple’s offer! We are delighted with our worktops and would definitely recommend Purple.

Purple was recommended by our kitchen company, Madina. They sent all measurements to Purple, from whom we received an excellent customer service from beginning till the end of the process. Short lead time from template till fitting was a huge bonus. Fitters were very professional. Price is competitive in comparison to other big companies. Worktops and splashbacks are stunning, exelently cut and fitted with no flows! I highly recommend Purple.
