Not only did this company offer us a competitive price as compared with a number of other companies we tried but they also offered an excellent service templating our new work surface & installing it. It's the icing on the cake in our newly fitted kitchen and looks great.
The boys turned up on time and both very hard working and nothing to much for them. Took all the rubbish away with them and put up with my question's. I would recommend the boys for a really good job and Purple Granite as very good company they keep you informed all the way and we have beautiful counter tops , emails and you can email or phone anytime .its hard to choose product as they have so much choice and colours and style’s and very good Value for money, Terry and Harrison were very good and make a good team and thanks Nicci and Mark Hodgkins and Caz Sibley for recommending Purple granite .Fran and Kevin Cale
Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. I was a bit nervous at first as it’s a company I hadn’t heard of before and actually saw them advertise on Instagram, but the price was just too hard to resist compared to the likes of Magnet etc. They constantly kept in touch with us and provided us with all the information we needed to make it a smooth process. Even the communication on when the fitters would arrive was 5*. We’re so pleased with our worktop, it looks beautiful. Thank you Purple!

Purple Granite fitted the worktops in my new kitchen and did a fantastic job. Everything from the initial visit, templating and the fitting went smoothly, on time and to a high standard. I particularly liked how good the comms were, they keep you informed at every step of the way. Would certainly use them again for the utility (when I finally get round to it) and will recommend to friends and family. Brilliant all round - thank you.

Amazing Service! From the moment we spoke to Laura Davies who helped us chose our amazing dream worktops to the day they were fitted. Kept in contact throughout making the process a doddle. I cannot recommend this company enough. We are very happy with the worktops and saves a lot of money with Purple Granite!
This company has been marvalous. Had a couple of minor post install probles which were not going to show up until we started using the surface. They have fixed them in a timely manor with no argument. We would recomend them to anyone considering a granite/quartz kitchen worktop replacement upgrade.
We had a great experience purchasing kitchen worktops with Purple Granite. The team are all lovely and went above and beyond making the sales, template and fitting process easy and fun. They very patiently enabled us to view the quartz at short notice and helped us out when we had last minute coordination issues on our end. Our finished quartz worktops are so beautiful, we can't stop looking at them.
From the initial contact with the sales department Laura Davies made the whole process so simple. I was kept informed through out. From arranging templating to fitting the whole process was seamless. I cannot recommend this company enough. I am so happy with the quality of my work tops and the workman ship of the fitters.
We recently had beautiful quartz fitted by Purple Granite and we are delighted with it! Arctic white which truly sets off the new kitchen! Fitters were lovely too & very prompt.
I cannot recommend this company enough . Laura our sales adviser was just so knowledgeable and very patient with us! We decided to change our choice in quartz before it was cut this was not a problem and we went in to the factory to view the slabs and final templates to see what they would look like before they were cut. I cannot recommend enough that you ask to look at the full slab the sma samples can look very different this is with all quatz . Also make the time and effort to go back to the factory to see what the templates will look like on the slabs before they are cut. Aaron came to fit the quartz we had a join which you would never know it’s been done that good. There was a small issue with the electric push up hole being too small . However , their customer services/after service was excellent and this was swiftly resolved with Jim coming out to rectify with matter. I have to say all of the named staff members are an absolute credit to your company. Thank you for everything we are very pleased.
Customer service is appalling! Take your money elsewhere! The manger Neil shouted at me and hung the phone up on me when I called to complain that my upstands were 18mm away from the one side of the wall. I understand it’s not the company’s fault that my wall isn’t straight however I feel this should have been picked up at templating given the fact it’s not just a couple of mm’s out which their own fitters agreed with. I’ve never been spoken to like that by anyone and felt sorry for the fitters who were trying to explain the situation to him and being shouted at by this apparent ‘head of operations’! We also paid for a chopping board which was delivered with writing on the back which has stained the work top , I’ve emailed about this and unsurprisingly been ignored! This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
Initial experience with Purple Granite was excellent. The sales team were very helpful to make sure we were happy with our choice and worked with us to get the most out of each slab of worktop. The templaters and fitters seemed very professional. We did have a slight issue with installation that we noticed after the fitters had left. We were nervous about dealing with aftercare given that we had already paid and signed to say we were happy with the works done. We needn’t have been, our issue was sorted promptly!
We chose Purple Granite for our worktops based on reviews and unfortunately the final finish has not lived up to expectation. Our sales contact Luke, was very communicative and provided great customer service throughout. We opted for Ceramic in the end at a cost of £4.3K, our largest purchase after the kitchen units themselves. Our templater was Jake he was good too however thereafter the customer service ends. I was quoted for and had asked specifically for two of the runs to be full pieces (a splashback and dropdown), however was called to be advised a week before fitting that this was not possible as the slab would be damaged in transit. Our fitting was booked for the Monday and payment was made in full, however the Friday before the planned fitting we were contacted to advise that not all worktops could be fitted as one had been damaged whilst being fabricated, they would return with the remaining piece, however no indication given when this would be. We received a text tracker to advise we were fitting number 1 on the day, which stated fittings were from 8am to 8pm. Having not received another notification on the tracker we called at 9:30am to double check it was still going ahead. At which point I believe the fitters then set off to us. You're asked to leave them to it, and so my husband did (I was out at this time). They fitted the worktops, my husband left as I returned as they were finishing and mentioned a few points that I noticed, mainly the join around the hob cut out which didn't seem flush and some silicone on the splashback. Both were patched up and they left, I was advised that things had to settle and dry. My husband returned home and inspected the work and raised a few concerns around the finish, mainly the joins around the hob and one not being flush. I contacted Purple via phone the following day, I was met with what I can only describe as a gatekeeper receptionist each time I called, I'm unsure why they have a department phone option when it just goes through to her, I asked about the missing counter and was told they would need to source it and could not be given a timescale. I then called back and asked to speak specifically to Luke as he had been helpful previously. He got straight onto it and James from aftercare called me back, still no timescale was provided on the missing worktop as he had to check with the supplier, a little confused as surely you would have ordered this last Friday, but he did ask that I send images via e-mail of the concerns/issues which I did. Having not received a response I called back a few days later, and was advised he was on holiday back in tomorrow. Having still not received any feedback I called again a further 3 days later, he wasn't available but a message was left and he called back. I was advised that all of the issues could be sorted on the next visit and the fitting was arranged. The fitting was booked for 8th July, and again I received the tracking message in the morning. When they had not arrived by 1.15pm I called again to double check and was advised that I would get a notification when they were leaving the previous job and enroute to me. I didn't receive a notification and they arrived around 2pm. The remaining worktop was fitted fine. I asked about the issues I had sent to James and if they could be rectified at this visit, but was told they were not aware of any issues. I showed them, and they were not able to rectify the silicone issue he didn't have that colour silicone on the van (needed Jasmine white) and then did the best he could with resin (his words) with the corner of a piece which has clearly not been cut straight and is chipped on the underside So if you have read this far... in summary whilst the ceramic is beautiful and yes they can fit it but the attention to detail is not there, this is the finishing touch and an expensive one at that so if you do decide to use their fitting service I would watch them while they fit and absolutely don't leave them to it! I believe you have now asked for more information against the review, however i'm not sure there is anymore I can add, my experience has been explained in the review.
From start to finish everything went extremely smoothly. We visited the factory and showroom and found the process very easy. The templater arrived as agreed as did the fitters who went over and above what we were expecting. It feels like a new kitchen
After seeing purple granites amazing reviews, I decided to get a quote from them for my quartz worktops and they were very competitively priced. Lucy and the team were so patient with me whilst I was making my mind up on which colour to go with, and let me visit their factory multiple times which helped me so much making my decision. The template and fit was seamless. All done within 1 week. Couldn’t ask for a better service and in love with my new worktops, it has beyond exceeded my expectations and everyone has been so complimentary. I highly recommend purple granite and will definitely use them for another future kitchen reno! Thank you so much everyone
Brilliant experience from start to finnish. Started with a phone call to laura who couldn't do enough to help me over the phone. My partner then visited the show room the next day to view samples and we decided to go ahead with the quartz. Purple granite kept to all apointmeants and kept me updated from start to finnish. Richard came to template my worktop and was then fitted by tom and he's colleague. Verry professional We love our new work top and so glad we chose purple granite. Thank you so much.
